I’m Leslie Napper, a video and film editor with a BFA in Cinematic Arts and a minor in Asian Studies. Drawn to narrative storytelling, my editing style focuses on the creation of compelling works that combine visual language, rhythm, and captivating graphics.

I’ve worked across agency, network, and independent projects, adapting to different creative voices while maintaining a strong editorial perspective. My background in filmmaking and photography continues to influence how I approach post-production, from composition to storytelling choices.

speak Japanese (日本語は話すことができます).

I’m based between Baltimore, MD and Brooklyn, NY,

and available to travel throughout the East Coast.
